More often than not, creative ideas are a result of an individual ideating just enough for that spark and spending equal amount of time in executing said idea to justify its strength.

 

In all my work, especially logo projects, Ideation is crucial. Without ideation, I will be stuck in the surface along with common ideas. Communication is important to keep me in the realm of the project brief and time scale.

"Never be only as good as your research". Doodling some ideas, taking a step back and simply staring at it or taking a break and going out for a walk. There are many beautiful ways the mind works so why restrict myself to just what I've seen on the internet?

TEAMWORK

As a designer I create an interface and let the audience complete the work.

Team player; I pass the ball, I don't go solo. I believe there's an unpredictable magic in proper teamwork, finding the right balance of opinions, attention, details and input. When necessary, teams able a creative individual to be more in line, more directed, more grounded.

Leadership qualities; Being a leader is to take risks and evaluate the situation, guide a team towards the goal and trust the team and let the team influence the output rather than one party. I also believe in team being an experience for every member, therefore a teamwork is more efficient when I learn something new from the experience or I am able to teach someone something new, or better yet both.
